Culinary villages + urban + winery

The trip will start at 09:30 in Paphos. Pick-up from the hotels starting at 9 am
The first part of the trip- a goat farm, watching halloumi’s being made plus tasting.

There is an option for a whole workshop in which we will tour the family shed hidden in wild nature in the heart of the hills overlooking Paphos,
You can pet the goats and sheep and make halloumi yourself, then we will taste the cheeses accompanied by a light meal,
This option is the workshop and costs 15 euros more.

In the same village, we will visit a restaurant run by the women of the community, a traditional bakery recently created in the community center to preserve the ancient baking tradition.
We will taste and watch traditional bread baking, cookies and pastries.

We will stop at a fruit and vegetable store to get an impression of the local produce and taste seasonal fruits. Then, we will continue our journey into the depths of the hills.
And reach the village cafe in the Almond Valley.
We will take a short walk inside the nature reserve and see the almond blossoms.

Later we will pass by a golf site which is also a resort with villas and a spa in the hills of Paphos, visit an award-winning winery, and we will receive explanations from the winery owners about the production process.

We will descend from the hills back to the city in the direction of the neighborhood of Yeroskipo and there we will taste kleftiko roast lamb in a traditional 5-hour cooking process, directly from the “village” oven.

We will visit a locum factory that has been producing the unique recipe for the Yeroskipo neighborhood for 4 generations.

We will visit an urban antiquities museum, straw shops, handicrafts, and bowling alleys, enjoy coffee and savory and sweet pastries at the popular bakery chain in Cyprus.

The trip includes all tastings. An air-conditioned and insured car, a funny local driver, and an experienced culinary guide.
