You’ll get to know the local market — selected neighbourhoods, current projects, and the island’s most reliable, best-performing developers. We also cover the legal side: the laws and taxes, the ways to profit from renting or reselling, which areas carry risk, the property types available, who typically rents and buys, construction quality, developers’ obligations, and how to avoid pitfalls in both the short and long term.

Everything is explained by an Israeli guide who covers the economy, real estate, history, culture and cuisine.

The tours are based in Paphos, and depart from Larnaca or Limassol.
