What you will make
- Hand-made burekas with cheese, spinach and olives
- Working with filo and kadaif dough
- Knafeh with a cheese blend
- Served with fresh tomato sauce, zhug, green tahini and lemonade
A hands-on workshop dedicated to two Middle-Eastern classics: flaky burekas and sweet knafeh. You will work the dough yourself, fill and shape each piece, and enjoy the results together with fresh accompaniments.
